Terms of Service.

1. About the service

StarsBanking is an automated platform that lets you buy Telegram Stars at starsbanking.gamearea.io and exchange Telegram Stars for fiat or cryptocurrency via the Telegram bot @starsarea. The platform is operated by Fail Faster Games, registered in Denmark ("we", "us", "our").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website or initiating a transaction in @starsarea you ("User") agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree — don't use the service. We reserve the right to update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. User requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use StarsBanking.
• You must have an active Telegram account in good standing.
• You must not be subject to sanctions, trade restrictions, or legal prohibitions preventing service use.
• You confirm you're acting on your own behalf, not for a third party without proper authorization.

4. Identity verification (KYC/AML)

To comply with AML and KYC obligations, we may require verification. Website purchases use the Telegram Login Widget. Larger transactions or bot-based exchanges may require extra verification. Refusal to verify will suspend or cancel the transaction.

5. Buy Stars flow (website)

5.1 Create an order

Sign in via the Telegram Login Widget, pick an amount and a payment method (card, SBP, crypto). You'll see the total, method, and delivery time before confirming.

5.2 Payment

After confirming, you're redirected to the provider's checkout. Visa / MC / МИР, SBP, bank transfers, and USDT / BTC / TON are supported.

5.3 Delivery

Once payment clears, Stars are shipped automatically to the Telegram account you chose via the native gift mechanism. Typical time: under 2 minutes.

6. Exchange Stars flow (bot)

6.1 Create an exchange

Open @starsarea, tap "Sell Stars", enter the amount, pick a payout method. The bot shows the current rate and the exact payout before confirmation.

6.2 Send Stars

Stars are transferred via Telegram's native gift mechanism. Processing starts only after we confirm receipt.

6.3 Payout

After successful receipt and review we automatically initiate payout: TON wallet, SBP, or bank card. Typical time: 1–4 minutes; rare cases up to 24 hours.

6.4 Fees and rates

Applicable rate and fee are shown before confirmation. Rates are variable. The rate shown at confirmation time is the one applied to your transaction.

7. No refunds

Because Telegram Stars are transferred via Telegram's native gift mechanism, all Stars transfers are final and irreversible once sent. We do not refund delivered Stars. Fiat refunds are possible only while Stars haven't been delivered to the recipient. Disputes are reviewed case by case; resolution may include an account credit at our discretion, but isn't guaranteed.

8. Prohibited actions

You agree not to:

• Use the service for money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal activity.
• Send Stars obtained fraudulently, from unauthorized or stolen Telegram accounts.
• Manipulate, automate, or exploit the service outside normal interaction.
• Provide false identity data during verification.
• Use the service on behalf of a third party without their explicit written consent.
• Interfere with, hack, or disrupt our platform, systems, or infrastructure.
• Resell or grant access to our service to other users without our written permission.

9. Anti-fraud and compliance

We operate an automated risk and anti-fraud system. We reserve the right to:

• Hold any transaction for manual compliance review without prior notice.
• Freeze an account upon detection of suspicious activity pending investigation.
• Refuse service to any user at our discretion, including cancellation of pending transactions where technically possible.
• Report suspicious activity to competent authorities.
• Hold funds pending investigation resolution.

Compliance holds are usually lifted within a few hours. If a transaction stays on hold longer than 24 hours, contact support.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Fail Faster Games IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the use of StarsBanking is capped at the value of the specific transaction that gave rise to the claim.

We're not liable for delays, losses, or failures caused by: Telegram platform failures, blockchain network congestion, third-party payment provider issues, force majeure, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

11. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or strictly timely operation. Exchange rates are indicative and may change quickly.

12. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software of StarsBanking is owned by Fail Faster Games. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

13. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to StarsBanking at any time, with or without notice, for conduct violating these Terms or harming other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Denmark. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Danish courts.
